We first hired a handyman for a quick job, but something felt off. Then Tino from Elite Electric came in, and right away his personality put us at ease. He explained what needed to be done, found wiring that could have been a fire hazard, and fixed everything the right way, removing unsafe cabling on two jobs and running it all to code. Tino was amazing and saved me hundreds of dollars to no benefit of his own. I was having issues with EV charging. Other electricians were trying to charge a huge upfront fee to come and troubleshoot it. Tino was kind enough to call and speak with me on the phone about the issue in detail, and on hearing the symptoms, he advised me to contact the charger manufacturer for a possible replacement. This ended up being the correct diagnosis, and I got a new charger sent for free. Huge thanks to Tino for taking time out of his day to help me at absolutely zero cost. I’m am extremely grateful!
