Eddie can to my house to just do a home inspection. Make sure that my plumbing won’t cause me unforeseen issues. Eddie found many issues with the installation of my water heater and soft water filter; which was installed by another plumbing company. Eddie was very clear and informative on what he needed to do to fix everything, and when he ran into an issue he informed me but then also what his plan was to fix. During this time Eddie also was assisting a journeyman plumber and was respectful and knowledgeable in his instructions to him. Thank you, Eddie. For getting our home squared away.
Jim did an amazing job with a reasonably complex water softener loop retrofit coupled with odd customer (me) requirements. Really appreciate his patience and willingness to couple my odd ideas with reality. Thanks Jim!!
Orlando from Rogers Plumbing did an excellent job on our install. He installed a water softener, a whole-house smart shut-off valve, and a whole-house water filter. He also added a full appliance bypass loop at my request. Orlando was professional, easy to work with, and really listened to what I wanted. He kept the installation very compact and organized, which I appreciated since space was limited. Everything looks clean and well thought out. Overall, I’m very happy with the work and would recommend Rogers Plumbing and Orlando.

Marcus Hale at Roger’s Plumbing is a great professional. It’s easy to make appointments and Roger’s tries very hard to have the same technician come out so there’s some institutional memory and a relationship with the homeowner. My third review, I think. Had a second story backed up toilet and shower drain. Marcus came out the same afternoon. Marcus performed a camera inspection, informed me of what he found, and then cleared the clog. Done within an hour or so. Always leaves the working area exceptionally clean and dry. Superb service.

The company responded quickly to my request to fix an issue with our water heater that had been found by Atmos Energy. Jim and his Apprentice Sean were polite and professional. Jim not only fixed the issue for which we needed doing, which required a lot of work in a confined space, but also found another safety issue which he resolved as well. Jim also didn't mind me chatting to him about past military experiences which he could relate to as he had family from military backgrounds as well. All in all a great job done by Jim and Sean, will look forward to working with Jim again when the need arises.
