I brought in a formal dress to be cleaned, and it was returned to me damaged - days before I was to attend a wedding abroad. A thread had somehow been snagged and pulled halfway across the front of the dress. I promptly brought it back and was told the seamstress could take a look with no real timeline or concern beyond "the manager is out until Tuesday." Luckily I received a text that my item was ready later that day (in what condition, I had no idea even after I called to confirm). The snag was repaired, but the item is still visibly damaged. I was not offered any sort of refund, and when I mentioned my disappointment I was told "Yeah, sorry about that." I will not return and would never recommend their dry cleaning services.

I used go to Reid’s in Central Austin and they were the gold standard for dry cleaning. When I wanted something done right I went there. For this reason I chose Reids in Georgetown, but unfortunately I had a very different experience. My blue striped dress was returned with many yellow stains all over the front. The tag on the dress claimed that they were there before. I disagree. I inspected each article along with the employee during drop off. I didn’t notice any stains. The yellow stains on that dress when it was returned to me were quite obvious. I specifically requested no crease on my pants. The instructions were noted. Still they came back to me with a very pronounced crease down the middle. Also, I was very surprised to see that my jacket had a very pronounced crease down the sleeve. When was this ever fashionable? Truly disappointed. And for the price, I would have expected great results. I don’t recommend this dry cleaner .

Stay away, classic bait and switch strategy, they quote you one price, charge you another. And on top of that no desire from the staff to make it right. No supervisor on duty, no prices posted. Shady business practices

Very good laundry and dry cleaners. I've had to instruct them many times on pants creases, but I think they now understand that NO ONE wants their creases on the sides of their pants.

The worst customer and Hartmann experience in the area. When I picked up my dress there was additional stationing on it. I was given a timeline for a do over however the dress want ready then and I had to make other arrangements for a funeral. The manger said that the fact that they added more stains to the dress is not their concern or reason for refund. Do not take your fine garments there

$53+ for one dress with a slip, a pair of trousers and one shirt is very expensive! Plus, the woman who waited on me was less than polite. I do not recommend this cleaners.

I have been using Ricks for years and I have never been disappointed. There is a reason why we still use them even though we have moved out of the area. My highest recommendation and never had any issues.
