Fantastic service they took care of an old Coat and got from thrifting and it looks magnificent, along with a dress and all in like a day! Highly recommend :)

Fast and convenient. Amazing for items with spots and spills. They are always accommodating to my needs.

Angie is wonderful to work with. She is always nice and professional. She is the reason I trade with Jack Brown Cleaners.

I turned a brand new suit that needed simple touch ups and respectfully asked the front desk to mark the suit for caution with handling. The front desk lady laughed at the idea and said that was not needed and they handle all items with care. The next I pick up the same suit that is damaged and missing a button. Front desk was in complete denial and shrugged it off for the manager to handle three days once back in the office. Completely unprofessional nor do they answer the phone. Other JB locations pick up the phones right away. I’m never using this place again.

Terrible!!!! Told her I wanted heavy starch. She advised against it. Still I told her that's what I want. Pants and button shirt picked up for 14.00. All they did was iron my clothes. I don't leave reviews, but this pissed me off!!!

Dropped off about 12 shirts; 3 for normal laundry, 9 for dry clean. All of the dry cleaned shirts are now dingy and feel as if there is still a chemical on them. All are linen. The white shirts looks light gray and the others are wrinkly. The hems look like they are dirty. In fact, they look like they need to go to the cleaners.... This was my first return to Jack Brown in years and will be my last.
