Took new slacks in for them to hem. They did an excellent job with cutting them off, serging the edges and hemming. I have now found my alteration location for the future.!!!!!!!
Do not go here!! Absolutely terrible experience! I took a costume in for some simple alterations, I attempted to pick it up a week ago, the alteration was not completed as discussed. It’s been over 3 weeks it’s still not complete, my party is next week, they’ve already charged me for alterations that weren’t even done correctly! Unacceptable!
I brought in a Filipina barong dress that no longer fits me since gaining weight. Maria worked on my dress and was able to add inches seamlessly. It looks great. I got it earlier than expected for less than expected, and the alterations far exceeded my expectations.

I brought my lace and sequin gown in for the hem to be shortened. I was not offered an estimate after the fitting. The only good that I can say is that the gown was finished by the date promised. The 'seamstress' just cut along the bottom, and without finishing the edge with a serge stitch it was just turned up, unevenly, and stitched across the bottom stretching the material in the process. The hem was not pressed as it was before. The gown did not hang right at the bottom. And then I was charged $85. for these alterations!! Good thing, I was hopefully the only one that noticed this. Buyer beware. I thought after reading other reviews I would receive quality workmanship but came away disappointed.
Love this family owned business! I took my husband's favorite shorts to replace the zipper and sew some holes. They came back perfect and the cost was good. Great turn around time too and nice text when service is complete.

I needed a few last-minute alterations for my ASUs and I brought my uniforms here after having a great experience the first time with my cammies. I needed to leave a review because now I will not take my business anywhere else, this is the best tailor ever. The alterations came out perfect and just as I requested to regulation for my branch change so my uniform would be ready before I go to Ft Bragg. They were done on time and for a good value, and on the day I was supposed to pick it up, I forgot and called before closing, and the owner agreed to meet me after hours so I could pick up my uniforms because I was going to be out of town for a while. I really appreciated it and I otherwise would not have had the uniforms I needed on time. Great business and great people. That is what matters.
