You can't wash your laundry here, even though it says raids, cleaners and laundry. So please don't think there are washing machines here. There is not. Also, do not come here if you want your measurements taken because the lady who does measurements work out of the downtown round rock Reids location.
We have used Reids for over 20 years after a bad experience with Jack Brown, mostly in NW Austin. We moved to Round Rock and have used the RR location since. My wife, an attorney, had a bag of five items picked up at her office, which was her typical process. They returned three. When my wife insisted there were five, Reids kept telling her it was impossible because their system was flawless, basically calling my wife a liar. They asked my wife for a photo of the clothes: who takes photos of their clothes before sending them to be cleaned. Then, a week later, my wife went to her office on a Saturday and found the fourth item hanging on the outside door knob, as the office was obviously closed. It would have spent the weekend hanging outside had she not come in. Meanwhile, the fifth item remains missing. As you can see below, there are two other recent one star reviews that Reids has ignored. Businesses that truly care about their customers respond quickly to all reviews, especially negative one. We are still waiting for the General Manager of Reids in central Texas to contact us about finding the fifth item or offering compensation. Otherwise, we are done with Reids and we suggest to readers not to do business with a company that clearly does not care about its customes.
This place is pretty reliable on getting things done on time. I had a white jumpsuit that had to be sent back for a redo because it still had some stains but they fixed it for free!
Great service and they'll always try to accommodate timeliness for return.

Only place I could find that got my boyfriends pants starched and ready the next day, all the cleaners in hutto, tx told me Monday, 8 dropped them off on a Friday and were ready by Saturday they are really fast and convient! Thank y'all for the service!
AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I had to get a formal dress shortened last minute and everyone here made that happen. When I walked in I was told it would be ready after the day I needed it. When I explained my situation, the woman working called up the seamstress for me to see if it was possible to get it earlier. She agreed she could do it and have it ready for me. The day came to pick up the dress and it slipped my mind. My husband called the after hours number and the owner called him back. He told my husband that things happen and people forget and brought the dress to us!!! Reid’s officially has forever customers in us. They literally saved the day for us and we are so grateful.
Not really a huge deal but...Went to pick up pants and shirt. When I wanted to pay, clerk said CC machine down. Typically I pay for everything via CC but had tucked away a $100 for emergencies. Too bad, clerk said couldn’t break a $100. What was I to do- go to HEB and get change.(what if raining hard?) In essence, no sincere apologies, just “ where is my money or no clothes”. Needless to say, I’ll be going somewhere else for my laundry/dry cleaning needs! For good service, I’d suggest you do the same.
