Seriously just got the Big Italian sandwich and there's nothing on it except for meat and lettuce in a piece of cheese no peppers no olives no nothing like that how is an Italian sandwich?

I’m literally just a girl when it comes to running out of gas in the middle of Whitestone- the store manager Jared came to my rescue with a gas tank and helped me fill my gas enough to make it to the gas station in the middle of the day… because of you I’m safe, cannot be more grateful! 🙏💗
I had to be 100% sure before writing this review. NORMALLY QT is known for clean restrooms, amazingly friendly customer service and quick check outs. Most times a cashier will ring up customers on each side of their register which is EXTREMELY helpful! However this location is the exception. A gentleman(assistant manager) Sebastian H. Is probably the worst person to have dealing with customers. This is officially my third visit in a week where he has been running a register. He doesn't greet, he looks miserable and sweaty and he lets the line wrap around the counter even towards the door. Last time someone was counting their money to pay and instead of ringing up the next guest, he left us all waiting! Then when he rang the next guest to and people were mumbling in frustration THAT'S when he decided to ring up two people. Anyhow today, there was 3 employees including Sebastian with their backs facing the customer's, and a guest at the counter clearly waiting and visibly frustrated.. I'm next in line and then 3 other customers line up after me. Nothing.... No greeting no anything... Finally someone in the line says "hello"? And Sebastian says we'll be with you in a second. Without even looking our direction. This may seem small but if this is the manager??? This sets the bar for the employees he supervises. I imagine this location, being new, will go downhill fast. Theres a QT 4 minutes away off 183 and newhope, unless they start becoming like this location we'll take our business there.
