I had a fantastic experience with PT Maintenance. Our blower motor went out; the part was on backorder and I was told by our builder contractor it would take 3-5 business days. Teresa, with PT, made some phone calls and found the part and ordered it for me and had it shipped overnight express. They were able to send someone out the same day the part arrived. The technician, Pete, was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He quickly installed and tested the unit and explained everything clearly, even showing me a faulty part. He was courteous, efficient, and got my AC running again in no time. Thank you PT Maintenance!! My HVAC unit unfortunately stopped working and I was scrambling to figure out the solution on my own but at my wits end, I decided to get some help and Pete was available to work on my unit same day. He quickly figured out the problem and got to work and my unit is finally fixed! I seriously appreciate how helpful and friendly he was despite being called last minute. My unit isn’t very easy to work on either because the capacitor and contactor was faced inconveniently towards the fence but he made it work.
Fantastic Job All Around! Our heater issue was quickly diagnosed and repaired. We also had our ancient thermostat replaced. Pete took great care with the installation, walked us through features and thoroughly tested it before he left. If I need any AC/Heater work or repairs in the future, I can't see myself calling anyone else!
