Chris came out on Easter to repair a broken A/C. Chris was professional and was fantastic advising me of the issues and repaired the A/C same day. We would highly recommend Chris weigh AirServ for any of your heating and air conditioning needs.

Zion McQueen inspected my HVAC system and installed a main panel surge protector. He was friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly and in detail whenever I had questions. I truly appreciated his help and would recommend Zion over anyone else at this company.

Our AC had been wonky for 6 months and we had three different AC techs out from 3 different companies and only Chris from Airserv Round Rock was able to properly diagnose and fix our issue. He was professional and knowledgeable, and ensured that I understood his findings. I couldn't recommend Chris and this company more!

I called the company with an A/C problem. The serviceman, Chris Rattray, was at my house within an hour, and worked on the problem, resolving it in a short time. Great communication, reasonable repair cost. Overall, my confidence in this company was there due to his knowledge, and experience. I plan on staying with this company, and highly recommend them to anyone who reads this, and anyone who asks me for a reference. It's hard to find great people, and this company is great!

Chris did a great job repairing a previous installation from a local company. Now my AC has great air flow and pressure. The large gap that was originally left under the air filter, sucking attic air into intake, was closed off, and ionizer with UV light installed as well. Now the whole house has great air flow, AC is not working as hard and the air is cleaner. Wish I had used this company from the beginning instead of the one I did use as I spent five months trying to get them to repair their poor installation. Chris had me fixed up in one day and very happy with the results. Could not recommend highly enough for any of your AC needs!

Fantastic service - Chris was through, friendly, and informative. He even did a few extra little repairs at no cost. Will absolutely be making Aire Serve our go-to. I only wish they did car repair too!
