Nick and Lorrenzo were awesome! Very thorough, and made sure to correct an issue quickly once they realized a part ordered was incorrect. They helped us fix a shower leak that was plaguing our kiddo bath times for almost a year!

I’d like to acknowledge the incredible service and knowledge that Steve shared while here on a service call (toilet was shaky and detached from floor). From the get go—Steve was very kind and patient with the issues of an old house; he dropped a lot of knowledge on recommendations without being pushy and always explained the why behind them (I took notes). He does quality work; the toilet is looking good and our water heater was properly flushed. I’m looking into getting a softener system due to the very hard water here and I’m going to request him when we’re ready. We also got a quote for a possible leak issue that we’ll end up tackling as well—all reasonable. Thank you, Steve!
