Planet fitness Cedar Park is the cleanest gym . Someone is always cleaning, staff is friendly and equipment is great. I was a little disappointed today when I walked into the women’s locker room and A large amount of water was on the tile floor in front of the toilets. I let the front desk know so it could be mopped up. I was told that it’s a known problem because the showers are leaking, and they are working on getting it fixed. After my workout I went back into the locker room and water was still on the tile floor. Nobody bothered to mop it up. It’s a huge SAFETY HAZARD if someone was to slip and fall, they could be sued. Felt like I was brushed off today. Still the best gym I’ve ever been to.

Deceptive billing, AND constantly full. The "crowdmeter" says 3/10 right now and every piece of equipment is full. Go somewhere else. This place is so overbooked it's unusable. Update: I just canceled my membership. The guy I spoke to seemed knowledgeable and swore to me several times that my cancellation was final and I wouldn't receive another bill. Then several days later, I did. If I haven't been monitoring my account, who knows how long this would have gone on. When I caught this, they basically said "my bad" and refused to reverse the charge. Do not trust Planet Fitness.

Kept charging me late payments even though i had money in my account, they tried to decline my payments on the day of the payment, then tried to charge me a late fee a couple days later. Also charged me an annual fee twice within 2 months, i got totally scammed.
I see that some people are saying that this place has a stench that is overwhelming well I've been coming here for a couple years now and I have yet to smell the stench that this reviewer is talking about what I do see at this location is an incredible staff and a very clean store but you get people everywhere in life that are going to try to cause problems but I have yet to smell any kind of stench at this store
