I had two wisdom teeth removed and I had a really great experience. The procedure was extremely quick, it was over in just a few minutes. I felt very comfortable the whole time, and I was surprised that I had no pain during or after the extraction. Recovery has been smooth with no issues at all. I really appreciate how professional and efficient everything was. Highly recommend!

It takes a lot for me to post a review. I absolutely dread going to the dentist. The staff at Pinetree Dental and Dr. Roo have completed changed my experience. I was met by a lovely receptionist that checked me in. Then, I had a 3-D model of my teeth and X-rays by their technician and I was surprised it was the first time I wasn’t wincing that the X-ray materials were making my eyes water. It’s like they have had their teeth x-rayed before and knew exactly where to place them, imagine that. Then, to the cleaning, I usually don’t make it through the cleaning without raising my hand saying that it hurts. The hygienist was an angel. It was the first time that I had a cleaning and enjoyed it. But, I have had such terrible experiences that I was clenching my hands for no reason as it was pain free (how they should be). Next, Dr. Roo spent the time to go through what he observed in the x-rays, checked a few areas himself, and discussed next steps. I’ve never had anyone like Dr. Roo take the time and energy with me. Then, the wonderful receptionist explained my benefits to me, which she didn’t have to do, but with the new knowledge I had to maximize my benefits, I was able to book a second and third cleaning. Thank you for advising me since I never really know what I’ve signed up for. If you have feared or dreaded going to the dentist, fear/dread no longer and book an appointment with Pinetree Dental today. I can’t recommend them enough!
