Just finished my first cleaning at Crystal Lake. The staff and dentist who saw me were amazing. Dr. Tamkeen is very thorough.
New dentist to me. Recommended by a colleague and I’m glad he did. Dr Xu and his staff provided 5 star treatment!!!
Staff was very friendly and provided helpful information about my teeth. They made sure I was comfortable during my cleaning and exam. I will be going back for future appointments.
Very friendly, clean and nice place, and staff all very friendly and professional. My four-year-old daughter really likes the staff there and Dr. Hsu. Today, Dr. Hsu was very professional and patient in cleaning her cavities, which made her feel very relaxed and trusting. She told me she wants to go to the dentist again next time because they are all so friendly and made her feel less scared.

I'm a huge fan of Crystal Lake Dental. Highly recommend! Everyone is so nice. Great customer service. They're respectful of your time and move you right through your appointment. Grateful to have Dr. Hsu & Dr. Tamkeen and their top notch bedside manner. It doesn't feel like you're just a piece of livestock moving through the health insurance machine. Very good vibes in this dentist office! I don't have dentist anxiety, but if you do, this is the place.
Amazing customer service. It's always an amazing day when I get to see my favorite dentist, Dr.T. She is more like family than my dentist, always takes the time to answer ALL my questions. You truly have a Gem at Crystal Lake Dental...
