Pickledilly is located in the heart of cedar park inside Apex Pickleball clubs. It’s on their second floor with a great selection of food and drinks. Their protein shake are just what you need after a good game. We went this weekend to try their weekend brunch. Brunch starts at 11am and ends at 3pm. Plenty of time to enjoy all of their amazing buffet. They have the most delicious waffles. Their coconut chai seed pudding was heavenly. Rob made us eggs to order and they were extremely fresh and piping hot. Everything was nitrate free. They wore gloves to serve us food and no one touched it other than the server. We had an option for a drink between coffee, Bloody Mary and a mimosa. Overall a great experience and really delicious food. It’s a family friendly place, so do give it a try.

The Apex Complex is spacious and filled with numerous Pickleball courts. Pickle Dilly is a nice little rooftop bar where guests can come take a break from Pickleball, socialize, or host/attend events. Came here for a Yelp Elite event and loved the booths, the way the staff greeted us, and how they made us feel welcomed throughout the event. Felt like I was back at SXSW. Enjoyed the variety of finger foods (The Banh Mi was my favorite- definitely authentic if I’d say so!) and dessert. Not sure if I’d ever have the time to commit to a Pickleball membership but I’d be open to coming back!

Ok to be Honest about bit of a struggle here... we took our 86 yr. old blind Mother who can hardly walk on walker with assistance. Restaurant is upstairs, Elevator was broke.. so management helped get her upstairs, she wanted Pickle Chicken soooo bad, but it came out almost burnt, thick breading, little chicken and didn't taste like pickle, they didn't charge us for it, Thankfully, I had Seared Ahi Tuna salad which was Spectacular

Ended up at Pickledilly's and it was a nice, easy spot. The food is simple but really satisfying, and everything came out fresh. The vibe is relaxed and comfortable, great for sitting down with family or grabbing something casual with friends. It's the kind of place where you don't have to think too much. I'd definitely come back again!

Pickledillys is my dream combo—pickleball and amazing cold brew coffee all in one place! The coffee alone is worth the visit. Their cold brew is one of the best I’ve had (and I’m a bit of a coffee snob). The food is seriously delicious too—the burger, sourdough pancakes, BLAT sandwich, and breakfast burritos are all fantastic. The service is always friendly and attentive, and I love that you can play pickleball and order food and drinks courtside. It makes it so easy to hang out and refuel between games. It’s also the perfect spot for happy hour with friends. Such a fun vibe all around—definitely one of my favorite places! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Aloha! This was my wife and I first visit to Pickledilly restaurant inside of Apex pickleball building. No words will do justice to this establishment; you have to go in and experience the whole vibe! My wife ordered the Grace burger. She stated it was absolutely amazing! She’s a self proclaimed foodie and that says a lot! I ordered the blue corn tortilla nachos and was awestruck with its unexpected presentation, taste and flavor! The meat in itself was juicy and tender and whole dish was exceptional! Our server Joulee was pleasant and friendly and her two colleagues which I didn’t get their names were so helpful and attentive! We both agreed that the food, Chef Ron, the atmosphere, the staff, and the restaurant Manager Caleb belong in a top rated Michelin standard restaurant minus the the price which was incredible for the quality presented. I don’t do reviews however this establishment deserves to be recognized and recommended! Great vibes and true Ohana (family) environment! We will be back soon! 🌴
