Hey Brian (customer service Manager) Are you serious. Would you really like me to leave a review of how you send out links to customers with the incorrect information and won't stand behind your quoted warranty given and try to make the customer feel like THEY misunderstood the verbiage. Then add insult to injury you try to pacify your lied to customer with a 5% discount that you could NOT understand equaled out to about 5 6 more dollars off of my invoice. Please that is NOT HOW TO TREAT A CUSTOMER YOU HAVE MISS LEAD. I DIDN'T choose yall for the price I chose yall for the warranty that you quoted in the quote. The quote provided links to the warranty which was 24 month 24000 mile it did not specify for brakes and rotors ONLY. Then u you try and say since I'm only getting the minimal. NO I only need brakes pads it's not like I needed rotors and declined them. So no I was not ONLY getting the minimal needed. So if you're going to chose them for their wonderful warranty Don't it's a bait and switch!
