I cannot speak highly enough of this company. When I first bought my home in 2022, it was a nightmare trying to find reliable lawn service (I’m single, in my 40s, and didn’t know the first thing about operating a lawn mower because I lived in apartments for most of my life). I finally asked around on my neighborhood Facebook page, and a number of people recommended Morgan Lawn Care. I LOVE this company. First off, they charge a fair price for excellent work. Second, their employees are reliable, show up on time, and are courteous to pets in the backyard (I had a mean old Corgi mix named Trudy that I inherited from my father, and they were even nice to her when she sat on the porch and bared her teeth at them). If for some reason they can’t come out (like inclement weather), they text you in advance to let you know, and also let you know when your lawn service will be rescheduled. I had to change my payment method with them one time, so I called the company directly, and the owner David Morgan actually answered the phone himself (I was so shocked to be speaking to a nice human being, it took me a minute to remember why I called). I verified my payment information with him, and then out of nowhere, he asked about what had happened to Trudy (she had passed away a few months earlier). He offered his condolences, and I said I hoped she wasn’t too much of a bother to the employees who had to deal with her. He then pointed out to me that they thought she had a hearing problem, and was more startled by his employees than aggressive. Not only was I touched by his kindness, but he operates his company with integrity, treats his customers well, and provides great service. I wish every company I deal with operated like this one does – it would be a better world for all of us.
