On March 20, 2026 Eco Irrigation and Landscaping located in Leander, TX laid new sod in my front yard. Pedro and his colleagues did an outstanding job in a very timely and professional manner. I highly recommend Eco Irrigation and Landscaping for all of your irrigation and landscaping needs.
We had a great experience with Eco. We hired them to address severe drainage issues that we've been experiencing during extreme rain events. It started with their creative proposal which was broken down by project component: each separately priced and ranked from high priority to optional with a clear rationale for each. We had received bids from two other contractors and found Eco's bid presentation approach refreshing. We like that Eco performed due diligence on one of the key project components before proceeding. Eco's pricing was reasonable based on prior bids from competitors. Best of all, it was clear from the outset that Eco's crew was experienced and knew what they were doing. They were professionals in every sense of the word and did a great job communicating with us throughout all phases of the project. Thank you Eco for giving us 100% peace of mind. Can't wait for the next big storm to see how it all works.
We had Eco redo our backyard. They showed great attention to detail, the foreman was highly attentive and receptive to feedback. The work was completed quickly yet thoroughly. Pricing was very competitive and Service was fantastic. They performed a bunch of repairs as well, planted some plants we provided and adjusted our irrigation system for the new sod they put. We are just so happy to be in our backyard now! Thank you Adam and Pedro!
I was very happy with the they way our system was setup and the price. Also the crew that came out to set it up, worked crazy hard all day (the started before 9AM and finished at 5:30PM on probably the hottest day of the year) cleaned up any mess and left quietly.
Our project turned out beautifully. The crew took care of everything and special attention to the rest of our yard. They were great to work with. Communication prior to install could improve, but the overall everyone was wonderful to work with. Very happy with our results.
** PLEASE READ UPDATES BELOW*** Irrigation service was acceptable, the landscape part was a disaster. Dealing with the owner was part dumpster fire and part train wreck. Incompetence was only topped by arrogance. Strongly suggest one of the many competitors even at a slight premium on cost. 4/26 Update to my previous review. Following our initial irrigation system start-up this spring, we found several places where the new pipes they installed had froze and burst. Called did help and they said even though it’s less than a year old it’s not covered under warranty because we didn’t buy their winterizing services. (Knew nothing about it). The person answering the phone said she wouldn’t be able to have anyone come out for 3 weeks. What a joke. I dug up the problem areas and found the broken pipe/fittings buried only 2-3 inches down. I checked with other professional contractors and they all agreed 6-8 inches is standard. They also said it’s sometimes difficult with the rocky terrain do you have to use a heavy duty trencher to properly lay the pipe. These clowns literally laid the pipe on the ground and then laid the sod right on top. (see photos) Today we were given a new set of excuses by the owner who did not even come and see his work. He DOES NOT stand by his work - never seen anything like this before. All excuses and no remedy. This review is complete fact-based per the attached pics. Cannot understand how a business like this can stay in business. Humorous response from them on my initial review. Hopefully this follow-up sheds more light on the lack of integrity these crooks have. 7/1 Update: Has aeration service performed and all the new plumbing pipes Eco installed now have holes in them because they did not trench, they simply laid the pipe on the ground and layed sod on top. You can see their empty lip service response. Every other contractor we have hired cannot believe how awful this work was performed.

UPDATE: WEDNESDAY 03/12/25 my city contacted me stating there is a water leak at my address. Thru investigation, I realize my irrigation water main has been on, city states water usage began SATURDAY AFTER 2pm. Reviewing camera footage and I see ECO IRRIGATIONS guy turning on my water. Now I have a swamped yard, flooded water mains and something is broken. Now I feel even worse, I was threatened, demeaned, my time was taken advantage of and now I’m dealing with damages/cost caused by their technician. The photo of the main is AFTER I turned it off. Lord this has been a horrendous experience. UPDATE::: Monday, office manager attempted to call around 4pm and I was not available. Still feel extremely unsafe communicating with this company UPDATE::: Saturday afternoon after numerous attempts to contact eco irrigation the someone high up emails me back. Provides his contact info, I call, no answer so I text. I’m attaching texts. This gentleman made me feel extremely unsafe especially as a woman. ORIGINAL POST: Two appointments didn’t work as they should have. Winterization was scheduled, day of it was cancelled on their end without notice. (Guy was sick so I understand). Quickest I got on the books was a few weeks later. They had my $ for over a month before I got serviced. Flash forward. It’s time for spring time up and getting everything on again. I schedule my appt, they take my money. Window today is 8am-12pm. No one shows. No calls. No emails. Called office. It’s closed. Called my bank to dispute since I Paid for a service I didn’t receive. Several hours later, knock on the door and I explained to the gentleman that the window was over, I have disputed the charges with my bank since no one answered the office and I will not be paying a cancellation fee since I did not cancel. The window was closed. I am open to a conversation with eco irrigation and I will update my review if communication happens.
