Girl with blonde hair has a nasty attitude, we walked in to get some ice cream 20 mins before closing and immediately she said “no toppings”. All you have to do is reach down to put them in the cup, thankfully another girl came out and took our order. She then gave a snarky mean stare to the girls doing their job. If you’re not going to do what your job description is, just don’t work.
A relative suggested Marble Slab, stating delicious ice cream. My sister and I drove 20 miles to check it out. My sister suggested an ice cream cake to take home as she has stage 4 cancer, we wanted something she could really enjoy. We chose a 7" cake, marked $44.00 on refrigerator door. When we first went in, not a word was said to us. Both girls working made it clear they were not interested in great or even good customer service. We did sample frosted cookies while waiting to check out. They were fresh and delicious. So my sister paid for the cake, we left not wanting to stay any longer in a place that was not welcoming. So we get home, cake goes in the fridge. My sister looked at the receipt given: $77.00 total charged for the small cake. She called Marble Slab and asked for the Manager. Asked why they charged so much,? The girl on the phone could not say why. My sister asked to speak with someone else; another girl gets on the line. My sister asked who was she speaking with? The girl replied "this is someone else". Wow really,? These people have no clue how to treat customers. If you are going to hire children, please at least explain good customer service. Please go elsewhere to spend your money. This place is not worth it. Corporate is going to be contacted as well. What a joke.
Horrible service!! Posted hours are until 9:00 PM but at 8:40 PM we walk-in and are told that we can only get ice cream and no mix-ins because they decided to clean early. On top of all that the girl at the counter told us at 8:50 PM that we close in 1 minute (while there was still 5mins left). Horrible customer service and I will be taking my business elsewhere. A recommendation to the owners, if you’d like to save your business find employees that will help your business instead of ruin it.
Good selection of ice creams & nuts
I have to say we were disappointed. We had not been to a marble slab in quite a long time. We saw it and decided to go. Overall, everything was just kind of OK. We got two medium ice creams, and it was $17. For $17, it should’ve been great not just OK. The Butterfingers in my wife’s mix were not crisp, they were mushy. The lady that helped us was fine. The atmosphere was just there. It didn’t feel much different than going into the post office and picking up my mail. You’d think for an ice cream shop it’d be a little bit more upbeat. Overall, the ice cream was edible, it wasn’t great, but it wasn’t bad. I am just pretty sure I will not spend that much money again on a mediocre experience.
That is the worst ice cream shop I have been to. The place is filty, trash and crumbs everywhere. The baskets they had the waffle cones in were dirty, with black smudges as if it had grease finger prints. The Toppings were old and most were empty. The guys that were working there weren't very pleasant either. It was honestly just filthy all around.
It was very good. Limited choices but still delish. Was a little hard to find because the main sign is about the cookie business, I had to call.
This place is sad and smells like the inside of a gas station.

Sweetest kindest owners and staff. Great ice cream and cookies. They took time to tend to each of our three kids and let them try stuff and were so patient. I can’t thank them enough for helping our kids have such a special treat. Highly recommend for families are anyone seeking a special treat. Never could expect someone to be so patient and kind to another’s children.
