It was our first time. Our order was wrong. The first employee seemed bothered when asked question. His answers where short and rushed. We had a drink missing, and we did ask for a certain topping not to be added.

If you only like vanilla icecream this is the place for you. Your icecream options are vanilla, vanilla, and vanilla with whatever toppings mixed in, and 2 chocolate options (same chocolate icecream with toppings). Also there are shakes and malts.

It's always a good time to have a Frozen Custard in Andy's. The product is delicious, and the team is always serviceable and quick.

Got a Vanilla Double Malted MilkShake, double blended so that it was nice and soft. Was a milkshake, nothing special, but wasn't horrible. The reason I gave it one star is that, my daughter, my wife and myself each got one item, and it cost us over $40 for three ice cream items, one of those being nothing but a simple milkshake. Absolutely horrible pricing. They gouge you for every single penny. It's ice cream and custard and milkshakes. That is completely unacceptable. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone unless you feel like blowing money on nonsense.

Nothing special about the product. It was tasty. There was no one taking orders regularly. We waited in line quite a while waiting to order. But, our items were delivered quickly once we did order.
