Great flavors of ice cream, but it’s extremely expensive compared to the amount they give. The scoops are so small as compared to any other ice cream shop.

My experience at Dumont was the best of any ice cream shop that I’ve experienced in the whole world. Gary greeted me when I came in and our whole experience was wonderful with our large party of eight people. We’ll definitely be coming back because of the wonderful atmosphere and Gary made us feel so comfortable.

A friend and I took our girls here for ice cream! Cute place and amazing smoothies! I got the purple patch really good! Clean and loved the ambiance!

Very disappointing and disrespectful experience at Dumont Creamery. We stopped by around 9:30 PM thinking we’d try a neighborhood café, but what happened was honestly unacceptable. There was only one couple ahead of us, and we stood directly in front of the counter, clearly waiting to order. Since there was only one staff member taking orders, we patiently waited and expected at least a simple acknowledgment. Instead, we were left standing there for 5–10 minutes without so much as a greeting, eye contact, or even a basic “I’ll be with you shortly.” What made the experience even worse was that another couple walked in after us, and their order was taken before ours, while we were still standing there being completely ignored. It felt dismissive, disrespectful, and incredibly unprofessional. Basic courtesy costs nothing, and being ignored while others are served ahead of you is simply unacceptable. We were so stunned and disappointed that we didn't even say anything, we just walked out. The fact that this happened on a slow night, with no rush at all, makes it even worse. Some could say, we could have called it out then and there but we just weren’t expecting such an experience in this part of Cedar park. We walked in wanting to support a local business and left feeling unwelcome and insulted. A very poor impression, for a returning neighborhood customer.

Love the flavors! And you can try samples which is great when it’s hard to decide. Good drink options also

very kind and helpful workers and a very clean and nice establishment. the employees were welcoming and helped us navigate the menu as it was our first time going. the drinks were all delicious and flavorful. every flavor was distinct and noticeable but didn't taste cheap or overly strong. 10/10 this will be a regular spot for my family and friends

Horrible customer service. The first time we went maybe it was just an off day. Tired this place again, same unwelcoming service. Will not be coming again. Rather drive farther and go somewhere else with polite staff.
