Huge shoutout to Chris Hardy an incredible realtor who truly stuck it out with us through one of the toughest housing markets we’ve seen in a while. What we thought would be a fairly quick process turned into an 8 month journey full of ups and downs, changing market conditions, showings, feedback, and a whole lot of patience.
