Amy Gandy is an awesome realtor, and a wonderful person to work with when selling your home. Our house had been in the market for a year when we decided to make a change. A friend had recommended Amy to us. When we met with her, she had many suggestions on things we could do to help sell our home. She was so positive, and the thing that made the best impression was that she loved our home and property! She hired a stager to come in and make suggestions to make our home photograph better for the MLS postings. We also weren’t sure if our total square footage was correct, and she took care of that as well. We needed some painting done and she had contractors for us to contact. Selling a home is stressful and lots of work, but Amy was so helpful every step of the way. We hadn’t sold a home in 24 years, and the market had changed so much, we were at a loss in why our home wasn’t selling. Amy was so positive and had wonderful ideas on what we needed to do to make it sell. The photos and videos she had done were totally awesome! My advice is listen to Amy and her team in what they ask you to do to get your house sold. They sold our house in 37 days!

Jessica McGraw was an absolute rockstar during my home buying process. I felt very informed from our first meeting where she explained much of the process to me in great detail, and outlined what to expect in a very digestible manner to someone who has never bought a home before. I was completely unaware of how much actually went into this process, but I never had any surprises because of how proactive she was. There would be an issue that I didn’t know had popped up, and the same day receive a phone call from Jessica explaining what happened, with a solution she formulated already in action, that truly was often times far beyond her job description and what I would ever expect from her. I run a business myself that is entirely client based, and can very easily tell when someone in client based industries really care for their client or not. Jessica is one of the most down to earth people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting, knows her job EXTREMELY well, gave very straight forward advice, and went to bat very aggressively for me anytime an issue or negotiations came into play. A very caring, kind hearted, and intelligent person that is not afraid to put the boxing gloves on for her clients is the shortest and simplest way to describe her. Jessica never fell short of expectations, only surpassed them by miles. I briefly had the pleasure of meeting with Amy Gandy the owner of the company as well for a small part of the process. I can tell she cares greatly for those that work for her, and has put in place a very positive culture here that is based on integrity, kindness, intelligence, and professionalism. Such a phenomenal group of women from top to bottom.
