Kim is a fantastic agent, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She helped me buy a house and helped me sell it 5 years later. I moved out of state before I put it on the market, and Kim handled everything for me from coordinating lawn services to finding repairmen for repairs after the inspection. She did everything to make sure the house was ready to go and held open houses on Saturdays and Sundays every weekend until the house was sold. Without her help, there is no way I could have sold the house in such a tough real estate environment. She was a blessing to my family, and I encourage you to entrust your home sale to Kim as well.
