Moved in September 2024. Tiffany was great, helped me through the leasing process. The numerous amenities here with a paid Activities Director, several maintenance workers and a porter, plus resident run activities with utilities included- I’m happy I made the move here. Feels like home. Moved out early, gave notice, kept paying rent and did a thorough clean and walkthrough with management. They gave me back my full deposit. Overall, great experience.
My first impression of the community and residents was how welcoming and comfortable they made me feel right away! The amenities and common areas are clean and fresh and the entire building smelled nice! Legacy Residences is a social community with creative, organized activities scheduled weeks in advance with good participation. The amenities and common spaces are spacious and decorated lovely, with a large kitchen, speak easy lounge rooms, large TV's, fitness center, game tables, billiards, grilling stations, sparkling swimming pool, craft room, business center, library and movie theater. HEB, restaurants and a variety of popular retail stores for shopping within a mile on University Blvd. Strongly recommend!
I recently toured Legacy and had the pleasure of working with Kimberly — and I couldn't be more impressed! From the moment I arrived, she was warm, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about the property. Kimberly took the time to listen to what I was looking for in a new home and tailored the tour to fit my needs. She walked me through the amenities, explained the application process clearly, and answered all of my questions with patience and honesty. It’s rare to meet someone so genuinely invested in helping you feel comfortable and informed. The property itself was beautiful — well-maintained grounds, modern finishes, and thoughtful layouts — but Kimberly’s exceptional customer service really made the experience stand out. My mother just moved into this community and we really appreciate the excellent communication with Britan and her team. The neighborhood is upscale. Our favorite local hospital is now only 1 mile from mom; not too close, not too far.

Hi,just wanted to share my experience with anyone looking for a new home,I couldn't be happier and more comfortable with all the things here including many great scheduled activities,the staff(Britan is wonderful) They go out of their way to keep it clean around here.Everything you might need,eating,HEB is within blocks. of Legacy Senior,I've met some good people already here in just a few months,can't wait to enjoy the great pool area when it warms up,thx for reading my thoughts!
