We've been very happy with the service we've received from Senior Helpers. Their client care manager, Amber, is very responsive and helpful with any questions or concerns you may have and works to find a solution when a problem arises. We had to go through a couple of caregivers before landing on the right one for our mom, but that was more because of the difficulty we had with our mom, not the caregivers. We've been using Senior Helpers for about four months and are very satisfied!

I am primary caregiver for my 93 year old mother. I have utilized the help of Senior Helpers many times and they have always provided compassionate and competent care. I travelled for a week this summer and my helpers Jordynn and Margaret were amazing. My mother had nothing but great things to say about them. They took care of her personal needs, her food, her laundry and anything that was necessary. They were a blessing to me while I was away.

Senior Helpers of Austin has been an incredible help to my family for the past 6 months. From Kevin and Amber, who help keep our busy and ever-changing schedules organized. They provide exceptional customer service at all hours. Very responsive and the caregivers are trained, compassionate, and good fits for my father's needs. I highly recommend them!! Additionally, our caregivers, Stalla and Reyna are angels!! Smart, well-trained, excellent judgement, one speaks Spanish, and both so engaging/compassionate with my father. They have good Emotional Intelligence, are dependable, and established trust with my dad every day. He looks forward to seeing them; they laugh and converse. Especially Reyna during the day, makes him feel seen and heard! Not to mention the small household tasks they doe that are so very helpful to Mom and me. Very pleased with the agency and with the caregivers!!

Senior Helpers have been there when I needed them in a pinch and adapted with my needs. I'm so thankful for the help they have given my father and being available at all times including weekends. I know I can get ahold of somebody if I need to. They've also had someone available at his independent living to help with medication reminders. A lifesaver.
