Grady and his team were fantastic to work with. They were communicative, on time, followed thru with all work in a timely and clean manner. Also helped with any questions I had about my system and the care of my new yard. Would give Grady 10 stars if I could!!! Thank you LaCopa for giving me my dream yard.
I would not use La Copa; they are a horrible company. I just got a bill for $2400 to fix all of the issues I have had. My system has not worked correctly since I bought the house. The system is less than three years old. AVOID AT ALL COSTS AND IF THEY DID YOU IRRIGATION FOR YOUR HOME MAKE SURE THE INSPECTOR GOES OVER EVERY INCH OF THE SYSTEM

One of the worst service experiences I’ve had — avoid if you have any other option. I contacted this company to troubleshoot my irrigation system, since they were the original installers for my new home. It was a complete waste of time and energy. After multiple visits, they claimed the issue was due to “broken wires” under both sides of the house and quoted us $950 for the repair. On top of that, they said we’d need to tear up over 100 feet of sidewalk to access the wiring. Thankfully, my husband and I decided to do some research ourselves. With a $15 wiring kit and a couple of YouTube tutorials, we had everything fixed in under 3 hours. No digging, no destruction, and definitely no $950 bill. Either they didn’t know what they were doing, or they were hoping we wouldn’t. Either way, I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
On 3/31 at 6:06pm truck #23 pulling a trailer overloaded with tree branches sped up to drive me off the road on 973 in Manor heading towards Hutto. I have dash camera footage of it as well. Let’s see a write up for the driver with the cowboy hat and goatee cussing me out! Update. Careless company who doesn’t take public safety seriously.
It is great to see an organization that takes pride in their work, ensuring everything is perfect start to finish.
Our sprinkler system malfunctioned, but they quickly and efficiently troubleshooted and resolved the issue less than 30 mins.
I gave them a shot since they were the irrigation installer for the home I purchased. My appointment time was between 8 am and 12pm for an issue I'm having plus wanting a quote on a project. The supervisor didn't show up until 130 pm. I had left to make another appointment and came back to find he had just arrived an hour and a half late; no call, no text, nothing. Communication was very difficult as the supervisor's English was very broken. When I explained they had missed their appointment and that I don't have the capacity to now have an afternoon appointment, he seemed confused and said "office call you". I'll find a different company for my needs. You get one shot to make a first impression and you blew it. You waste a customer's time and it shows them their business is not valuable to you, that it is expected.
