We bought a house in Cedar Park with an irrigation system that nobody had maintained. John did a full inspection, made a list of what needed attention, and we prioritized the fixes together. Good approach to a system that needed a lot of work.

The lighting around our patio is the thing we get the most compliments on. They did a demo with a few different light placements before we finalized the design. That step is the reason it looks as good as it does.
Had them install landscape lighting on a tight timeline before an outdoor event. Bryan coordinated the timing and the crew finished two days before we needed it. Looked great for the party.

Arnie handled our spring irrigation startup and found three heads that needed replacing before the season started. Took about 90 minutes. The system ran perfectly all summer.
honestly didn't expect teh 3d rendering to be that detailed. it showed teh exact plants, teh lighting placement, teh stone path. we basically got to approve teh yard before anything was installed. very cool
Thomas upgraded our old timer controller to a smart controller and walked us through the app before he left. The ability to adjust watering remotely has already saved us from overwatering after a rainy week.
We were looking at getting landscape lighting but weren't sure about the scope. The in-person demo in the evening showed us what was possible and what was too much for our yard. Ended up with a good sized project and it's exactly what we wanted.
The crew that did our front yard installation worked fast and kept everything clean. They hauled away all the old plants and finished the new planting in two days. The irrigation was tested before they left.
Very disappointing experience. The crew arrived about 30 minutes late for a 9:00 AM appointment without providing a clear explanation. They charged a $139 inspection fee, which I understand. However, the diagnosis and repair process raised concerns. They suggested the sprinkler valves were possibly faulty, but water briefly started flowing after simply flipping the weather bypass switch, then stopped again. This alone made the diagnosis questionable. They then pushed for replacing the control module (Hunter PCM-300). After leaving to get the part in their office and returning about 30 minutes later, they installed it in roughly a minute and charged over $180 for the replacement. I would assume this kind component should be ready and available immediately in their vehicle. The retail part itself costs around $50–$60, which makes the markup excessive—well over 300%, especially on top of the inspection fee $139. No meaningful explanation to justify the cost. There might be a little room to understand businesses factors in labor, overhead, and spring-season pricing, the overall charge did not feel reasonable or transparent to me.
