Horrible communication! They were the second realtor we hired to sell our house. They overpriced the new listing and three weeks later asked for a price reduction that wasn’t enough. We had five showings, two unqualified buyers each string us along for two weeks to not get approved for financing, and then silence for months. We had to ASK for another price reduction with 42 days left on the market, but It was too late at that point. No one is looking anymore. Our listing expires in about 10 days and still silence!
