Joel was AMAZING! He was incredibly helpful, organized, and had a TON of insight when it came to helping us find a rental home. He was also very knowledgeable on the area, the market, and what to look out for. We had a limited amount of time to find somewhere to live and Joel relentlessly helped us until we signed a lease in a home where ALL of our needs were met. In a VERY dynamic market where a previously consulted realtor was still stuck on obsolete valuations from earlier in the year, Joel was willing to look more closely and go for more aggressive pricing. This was critical to my situation where, in order to pay for my wife's resident medical care, I was originally (and for most of 2021) prepared to RENT the property. But, with a high enough price I could sell and invest the proceeds and generate the necessary funds instead. [And not have to be a landlord again!] As it turned out, this ended up setting a record sales price for any house in my neighborhood. We did not "sell overnight" which I thought would mean it was offered for too low of a price. At ten weeks after some price drops, following Joel's recommendation, we suddenly had three offers and went all the way to closing with the 2nd one. Joel was a joy to work with and I could not be more pleased. I had a target amount I needed from closing and exceeded that nicely. I can now take care of my wife without having to be a landlord.
