I take my child’s varsity jacket to have patches sewn on. Every time…Amazing customer service and amazing quality! Highly recommend

19 from neighborsTook one dress to get cleaned. Cost me $35 was shocking! Nice and friendly place but to expensive….
No complaints -but boy have prices for dry cleaning soared!!
If I could give this place zero stars I would. Not only do they overcharge, they have lost our items. The employee had zero apology, said she had no way to contact her manager, and wouldn’t go back to go look for the item since she had a line after me. I was here on a work trip and no longer will be going home with my items due to this establishment. Customer service was absolutely horrible, never apologized, had zero resolution for the issue. Kaliana was the worst customer service I have ever seen. I’m not sure how she is employed at this establishment.
Clothes look great - Sabre at front desk is wonderful - efficient and helpful.
I brought in a brand new short and shirt crochet trim Zara set. Almost $19 later, it was still wrinkled AND they pressed the crochet trim wrong so it folded under. I had to re do it when I got home. They did a lousy job and I wasted a lot of money! I called and they didn't care. They offered to re do it. Hard pass. No offer to refund or anything. I won't use this business ever again.
Jack Brown did a terrific job replacing the lifts on my boots
First of all the lady at the front is super nice. She really makes this place much better, plus they do a good job 👏 thanks
Sorry service never go there! When they fixed my pants I spent over $100 and the patches already came off on the first wore them! And one Pair he put on and automatic came off before he wore them! Went today to go in see if what they can do and all the manager said sorry I don't know what I can do for you! Just refund my money or do a good customer service! I'll never go back!
Just moved from Dallas and dropped off a shirt and pair of pants. The bill was over $13.00. That was getting the "Tuesday Special". We commented to the person helping us when we picked the dry cleaning how we just moved here from Dallas and prices were high. Her response was "Ewww". Walked away and when she returned with the items, she said "everything is higher in Georgetown". Not true lady. Your gas prices are lower, your groceries are comparable and restaurants are the same. It's YOU that charging way to much! We defiantly will be finding another dry cleaning location!
