Jack Brown Cleaners provided friendly service, efficient dry cleaning, and delivers great results! I have dropped off my suite here several times, and always get them freshly serviced with a return time of 24 hours. They also offer an after hours drop-off, which I find very unique. The only dry cleaners I’ve personally seen that offers that kind of quality service. Reasonable priced and convenient. Definitely recommend!

Average ok work, more expensive than where I'm from. Better than nothing
Extremely expensive. I understand the overhead in plaza, but I prefer going to Kims. It is not industrialized and done in house and 1/2 the cost.
Absolutely worst cleaners I have ever dealt with by far! Requested 24 hr service for 2 garments for my 27th anniversary, was told they would be ready for pick up later that afternoon, i was ensured numerous times they would be ready..but i waited till the next morning for pick up just in case..upon picking them up the very next morning..they only had 1 of 2 garments in the store..so now I had to go and search for and buy a new shirt at the last minute. Come back almost 4 days later and now they are closed at 830 no one is here..so again I will have to make another trip..thanks jack brown cleaners!! Never again!
If you like your shirts DO NOT TAKE THEM TO JACK'S! I took my husband's shirts to get pressed and two of them came ripped on the side. I don't know what they did to them but they looked bad. We took them back and the manager apologized and they sent them to alterations. The other shirt (blue) is covered in stains as you see in the picture. Both shirts are ruined. Terrible place please beware. The sad thing is they are expensive shirts for work. We are going somewhere else from now on. Beware!
Do not, and I repeat, DO NOT bring any sort of valuable item to this place. I had a $500 Mac Duggal gown dry cleaned here, ONLY supposed to be dry cleaned, after a wedding I was in, and not only did they destroy the hem of the dress, which was fully intact and in pristine condition when I dropped off the gown, they also altered the bodice and built in cups without my knowledge. I got it back with one breast cup in tact and the other removed, and clearly was restitched to hide their mistake. None of this was mentioned to me upon pickup. They literally ruined a $500 gown and didn't say a word about it. Sadly it took me a few months to recognize their destruction of the gown because I didn't think to check them doing anything other than cleaning the item, which is the only thing I asked them to do when dropping it off, and didn't have another event in the near future to wear the gown to. Now I do, and the dress will need substantial alterations to fix their errors before I can ever wear it again, if I can ever wear it again. I'd give this zero stars if possible and won't trust them to clean a $5 item let along anything of value ever again.
