Payment system is bad with wrong charge all the time, office is not helpful, never maintain, ignore tenant’s feedback, terrible water quality. Management team is very loosing.
Staff is helpful. Property and amenities are nice and clean. Beautiful swimming pool!
Hutto Station is awesome, completed everything online from Alabama without seeing the apartment only pictures. Arrived tired on Sunday afternoon, they had my keys ready and after signing a few papers 5 minutes tops I was off too my apartment to get some rest. Pictures do not do apartment justice. The apartment is a modern design but beautifully done. I'd like to thank James for making this an easy experience.

I’ve lived here for about 7 months and I have very much enjoyed my stay. There were some hurdles I had to deal with in the first month or so but the staff is always very friendly, informative, and helpful. There were issues with water heaters stinking the apartment up every time I’d want to wash laundry or take a shower, but eventually it just went away. I didn’t have air conditioning for my first few days either but again, once I brought it to their attention it was taken care of as fast as possible which was greatly appreciated. The grounds are very nice, the amenities are fantastic as well. My unit is very comfortable and modern yet still welcoming and enjoyable to live with. There Are some small build quality things but I feel as though things like that just happen in massive constructions such as this. And none of them pose any real inconvenience or discomfort. Overall I’m very happy here and plan to be here for a long time.
