It's always hard to pick a realtor when you're new to the area and have some land you want to sell. We didn't really know where to start, so we started with the best. Adrienne Hughes is extremely professional, responsible, efficient, incredibly nice, and at the same time, she will go out of her way to sell your house or property, no matter how small or large the sale. Adrienne will also get out and PROMOTE your property - she even came to our neighborhood and filmed the river near our lots as an added selling point! My wife and I had the awesome privilege of working with Adrienne Spring-Summer 2018. We were moving from the East Coast to Texas and both my wife and I were tirelessly looking on Zillow/Trulia etc for a home. We found a home within our price range and so we blindly messaged the listing agent and got connected with Adrienne (oddly enough, Adrienne even knew of someone that worked at the company I was starting at which moved us across the country!). We ended up passing on the particular home that connected us with Adrienne, but Adrienne had no shortage of other homes lined up. We also came to her with about ~25 homes that we found online (new builds/spec homes and existing) and she made sure we saw all of them. She drove my wife and I around for nearly 3 full days and was completely honest on pricing, distance, location and all over variables we needed to weigh when considering our big purchase. Adrienne is very well connected in the North Austin area and knew many of the builders and other agents, as well as the inventory they had, so home shopping with her was an absolute breeze (and very enjoyable too!). I’ve purchased 3 homes (including the one Adrienne has helped us with) and have worked with 4 different agents. My wife and I wholeheartedly agree that Adrienne has by far been the greatest Realtor that we’ve ever worked with. We’ve worked with agents that have thought of us as a “second-class” listing/buyer because of our price point or the location we were looking in. We’ve also worked with an agent that was very lackadaisical about our home listing which is extremely frustrating (and for homeowners selling a home, you do NOT want an un-enthusiastic agent!). Adrienne is the complete opposite; she is responsive, thoughtful and honest (which is a quality you absolutely want in a Realtor). Adrienne is the real deal - the best agent we’ve ever had and a true joy to work with. She’s a wealth of knowledge and there was not a question she didn’t know the answer to or that she didn’t work to find the answer for (even well after the closing of the home, Adrienne was more than willing to answer texts/phone calls with questions we had). Adrienne is the best. I reached out to other realtors in the area for the very properties that Adrienne sold; and was hesitant to engage with another realtor. The past realtors cannot hold a candle to Adrienne. She is second to none. Adrienne assisted with the sell of two (2) properties within a few months of each other, one was lake front land on Lake Travis and other was a property in Taylor Texas. She never requested or insisted on improvements that would possibly not be recovered in the sale. Adrienne was knowledgeable, professional, organized, informed, personable to the needs, and available. She was always a phone call or an email away, with a timely response. She was thoughtful towards both parties; seller and buyer. She takes excellent care of her clients, keeping them up to date on the sales process and working with the title companies to keep the process moving. I recommend Adrienne Hughes without reservation! You can't go wrong with Adrienne. She's the full service Realtor...and beyond. Professional, knowledgeable, candid (when she needs to be), honest, and attentive. She was a total stranger when I met her and, man, did I luck out. She helped me purchase a rental property five years ago, helped keep it rented, and just now helped me sell it at a nice profit.
