Using this location for the next few days while visiting from out of town. It is A much tighter spaced HOTWORX than my two frequently visited locations. The cubbies are extremely smaller as well. They are the first ones I have seen unable to hold the mats. However, I loved having hand towels and sanitizer outside of every room! They also have way more availability throughout the day. This location clearly takes pride in their location.
I started my membership a couple days ago, after my sister recommended it and i absolutely love it. I havent worked out in years but I'm addicted to hotworx. Special shoutout to Stephanie who helped me and showed me around. She's so sweet and very helpful. Made me feel welcomed! Very happy about my new membership
My coworker and I go every day at lunch and it is by far the best workout especially if you need to make the most out of an hour. We took 2 weeks to try every gym around the Cedar Park area and Hotworx came out on top. Highly recommend!
Friendly staff and a great place for sauna workouts.
Everything was pretty good as far as the workouts. The cancelation process is really disappointing (I guess it is a gym thing). They make it somewhat difficult to cancel (not in the app and not very easy to find on the website) 2 additional months are charged or a $99 fee.. Basically an obvious money grab on the way out. Pretty disappointing to have the whole experience soured with this at the exit. Caveat emptor!
This place is disgusting. The neighboring restaurants sewage reaks in the bathrooms, that's gotta be some sort of health code violation.It is downright disgusting. On top of this every time i'm signed up for a class, there's some person in my tank, that shouldn't be there. Today the manager got mad at me for trying to get someone out of my tank at my allotted time. These people are disrespectful and disgusting. Absolutely never going back.
