Pleasant experience. Hygienist was excellent. Only came for cleaning but dentist was super nice. Office appears to have current equipment. I will definitely return.

I had a great experience at Hero Family Dental with Dr. Joo. The office has a very welcoming atmosphere, and the entire staff is professional and efficient. Dr. Joo is fantastic, he is very thorough, patient, and takes the time to explain everything in an effective manner. It’s rare to find a dentist who makes you feel that comfortable and genuinely cared for. Whether it’s a routine cleaning or more complex work, you can tell they prioritize patient comfort and high-quality results. I’ve been coming here since the office opened, after my previous dentist moved out of state. I appreciate the high-quality care I’ve received and have even recommended this office to my mom. In the past, every visit to the dentist resulted in being told I had cavities and needed work, even though I felt no pain or discomfort. Since coming here, I haven’t been told I need any unnecessary work, which makes me question the dental work recommended by my former dentists. Overall, I am very satisfied with the care I’ve received.

Dr. Joo is amazing. He saved a tooth that otherwise would have required a lot of work. He takes the time every visit to answer any questions I have and I never feel rushed. I see him about once every 6 months but somehow he always remembers me and asks about my son’s baseball team. He is great and his staff is awesome.

Dr. Joo is easily the best dentist I’ve visited. He’s incredibly impressive and doesn't cut corners—he checked every single tooth and even my jaw. It’s rare to find a practice that is both professional and eco-friendly. From the skilled care to the thoughtful goodie bag, I couldn't be happier with my visit.
