My experience with this property management company was unfortunately disappointing, and I would encourage others to do thorough research before moving forward. The move-out process was a major concern. The fees assessed felt higher than expected, and the property evaluation did not seem to reasonably distinguish between normal wear and tear and actual damage. Greater transparency and consistency in this process would have made a significant difference. Additionally, tenants are required to use specific vendors for move-out cleaning, which can be quite costly. Having more flexibility in choosing service providers could help alleviate some of that financial burden. During the lease, maintenance requests were often slower to be addressed than anticipated. More timely communication and follow-through would greatly improve the overall experience. Communication with staff was also challenging at times. While some interactions were fine, others came across as unhelpful or lacking professionalism, which made resolving concerns more difficult than it needed to be. Overall, there is room for improvement in areas such as transparency, responsiveness, and customer service. Based on my experience, I would be cautious and recommend asking detailed questions before committing.
