I’ve been working with Nicole and 360 properties since 2020. They manage multiple properties for me and I could be happier. I interviewed many agencies upfront and I have a very high-quality of standards and I needed somebody that was going to hear me and work with me, Especially as I got to know them. If I obtain any other rental properties in Texas, I would Definitely continue to work with 360 properties. They’ve always been professional and responsive. They’ve helped me coordinate, outside of payment receivables and dues, remodels and contractors, etc.. And most importantly for me they have always kept their accounting records very efficient, timely and up-to-date. They have even allowed us to access to preventative saving measures for our rental properties. Thank you, Nicole and team for all of your hard work and for always having our best interest,as owners, at heart as well as the tenants. They not only take care of their owners, but they’re tenants as well. Highly recommended!!

i have had my rental managed by 360 for 2 years now going on 3. They are very attentive and responsive to every concern i've had. I had a Washing machine in my unit that needed servicing and they handled it rapidly with minimal impact to the occupant. Same goes for the dishwasher the needed replaced. This has been a great experience and has truly allowed myself to be hands off and trust that they have it handled! i definitely recommend 360 to manage your property

Never having had experience with a property management company before, I was quite nervous and suspicious when I approached Nicole in 2023 for managing our home (we were moving out of state then). As the web is replete with many such companies, I interviewed several companies and came away with a variety of opinions. What I relished with Nicole however was that she encouraged open dialogue over several conversations covering a wide gamut of topics and concerns. I was also looking for a company which was neither too small nor too big, with a local presence in Cedar Park - 360 Properties fit the bill with all those attributes... I have never had an issue with them and their services are always on time and professional. Nicole does a good job of picking tenants who pay rent on time. If any repairs come up they are prompt with the estimates and I have found the estimates to be fair so far. They do take good care of the property plus I always get my monthly check on time plus I get professional monthly and year end documentation for my taxes...what else can I ask from a property management company? Whenever I have any questions, Nicole is always available promptly and provides a complete professional response. Frankly, I wish I had such good luck with all other stuff I do in my life. ...I strongly recommend 360 Properties based on my experience as a home owner!

I am a California resident who owns four rental properties in Austin and in Williamson County. I switched to 360 Properties from another company that seemed unable and unwilling to provide me with accurate monthly financial reports. I have been very happy with Nicole and her team. Their financial reports are accurate and easy to understand and they are proactive about monitoring lease renewals and keeping the properties rented which is important to me. Their maintenance people are good at providing updates and recommendations about needed maintenance and repairs and also about getting reasonable prices from vendors who are competent. Their Owner Portal on their website is helpful and easy to use and Nicole was very patient with me while i was learning to use it. I feel fortunate to have found this company because a lot of management companies are incompetent and don’t really care about their clients, and 360 is competent, and its personnel are good communicators and seem to really care about their clients.
