The square is the best place to go to and even the visitor center is.:)
Helpful visitor center. They had a variety of brochures and informative pamphlet for georgetown, austin and texas in general. I find that very helpful even for people who lived in texas for a long time to really explore the local community. I think this is a good resource if you are looking for simplified yet detailed information for local areas.
I stopped by the Georgetown Visitor Center with clients to get information since they are relocating to the area. The woman working there was incredibly helpful. She loaded us up with all kinds of great local information—maps, event guides, and brochures about things to do in town. She took the time to explain what makes Georgetown special and gave my clients tips on the best spots to check out. Thanks to her, I feel my client settle into the area nicely. The center was clean, organized, and welcoming. If you're new to Georgetown or helping someone move here, I definitely recommend stopping by!
Clean. Friendly staff. Lots of brochures.
My wallet feel it is my pocket here, and a good Samaritan turned it in. As soon as I saw it was missing I called and they told me they had it.
Definitely stop here first on your way into Austin. The people working have all the best tips to share with you and all the excellent useful maps!
Staff is always helpful and welcoming to visitors. They represent our community so well!
Friendly and welcoming staff.
Daphne was so helpful on our visit!
We pooped in to get some information when we were in town. Jill was an awesome guide and helped us plan some of our upcoming visits with groups.
