We have been there twice so far as a family. Both times we had a wonderful experience. New owner, new name, and fully remodeled. Same friendly service crew. Food, value, service, and ambience are all top notch. Will be returning regularly!
We ordered this on DoorDash and I am absolutely amazed! Sushi is my favorite food, and with that being said, I am very picky about the quality. I have only found one place I enjoyed over the last 3 years- Kai Sushi- but although Kai still has a special place in my heart, Fukuya has now taken first place! We ordered the Deluxe Combo II and let me just say that the pictures on the website and even my own don’t do it justice. I was shocked by both the artistic effort that was put into the presentation and by the large quantity of fish. I was even more surprised to take the best bite of food I’ve ever had. Note, I ordered only 30 minutes before closing when most restaurants have stopped putting in effort. It tasted as fresh as if it had come right out of the ocean!
I got the beef shortrib Bento box and it was so good! The flavor was excellent and the tempura was some of the best I have ever had! Definitely give this place a try.

Ordered takeout: two noodle entrées — Yaki Udon and Yakisoba. Unfortunately, both missed the mark. The vegetables were overcooked, and the noodles were sitting in a pool of oily sauce. Based on this experience, I won’t be returning.
Best sushi and bulgogi in the atx, loved this place, service was great as well as the prices! Worth checking out for sure

Got there early on a Saturday night, so seating was immediate. We got the Lovers Boat, and we couldn't finish it. The first time I've ever eaten sushi and stuffed when I was done! The quality was amazing! Probably the best sushi I've had this side of Japan.
