He doesn't have any ethics. He said vehicle would be ready after changing the certain part and I asked multiple times to confirm it. He confirmed it, but after replacing the part , he said there are lot of issues associated and can't repair it and asked me to pay lot of many to release it . I have paid everything. When someone reached to purchase my vehicle he is explaining everything making sure sellers doesn't buy it which is not his business to do it. No ethics and No morals. never go for this local unfriendly mechanic
Frank was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was able to accommodate my car repair needs within the same day and get my car back to me quickly. Pricing was very fair and the whole process was smooth.
Frank had a full schedule, but knew we had some family issues and had a strut fail and we had another needed trip within 2 days. He said to bring it in and he would make sure it gets done. He took care of it and performed a total vehicle check to make sure we were safe for our next trip. Thank you Frank and family!
