First 2 pics are before, and the last pics are the afters... I included a close-up of the backsplash and quartz countertops. We remodeled essentially the entire house, so we just painted the cabinets instead of doing more but by changing the countertops, the floors, and the backsplash the overall effect in the kitchen was stunning! The bathroom pictures are the remodeling work done in the master bathroom... The biggest & best change was to remove the garden tub (that was a HUGE waste of space as it was just collecting dust) and we moved and expanded the shower. Shower was 3' x3' enlarged to an amazing 8-ft long by almost 5 ft wide walk-in shower! And my favorite part is that the glass door opens in either direction 😉. I can't wait for the next time we start remodeling so I can finish some of the items on my wish list that I didn't get done this time around❤️
Staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They came to my home to explain what was wrong with my floors. They have lots of flooring options.
In the fall, we finally decided to pull the trigger on remodeling our kitchen. The major elements included removing a load-bearing wall, relocating the water and gas lines, and expanding the pantry. We solicited bids from a handful of general contractors, but only a few responded. Interestingly, the one we ultimately selected wasn't even on our initial list. While browsing for LVP flooring samples at Fantastic Floors, I struck up a conversation about our project. Mazz, the owner, eagerly offered to bid on it. Though skeptical at first, I agreed. The very next day, he arrived with his construction team and cabinet partner to discuss our vision in detail. Just a few days later, we received a competitive quote, signed the contract within a week, and work commenced shortly after. Despite some unexpected challenges from the wall removal, they completed the remodel in about a month—far quicker than the 2-3 months quoted by others. My wife and I visited Fantastic Floor, a store in Cedar Park, Austin, Texas, two weeks ago. We recently moved from California and purchased a home in Austin that requires some repairs, particularly to the cabinets and flooring. We decided to install carpet in all the bedrooms and laminate flooring in the living room, dining room, and kitchen since the laminate is waterproof. Kay and Zully were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the available flooring options. I shared my budget for the project with Kay, and he showed me several flooring choices that fit within it. He presented McMillan's laminate flooring, which has an attractive appearance and is scratch-resistant. This laminate flooring is 15mm thick and comes with an attached 3mm pad that gives it a solid wood feel. It is very durable and reasonably priced. We hope to make a decision soon, purchase the flooring, and proceed with the installation.
We had our floors done by this company and the vinyl flooring material we used is made by Core Tech. We have had a crack in a stair panel for over 1 year and this company refuses to come out and fix it. Owner states they have tried to contact the manufacturer with no response. We made this purchase in April, 2023 and the vinyl flooring we chose has a 15-year warranty. We simply want the stair panel to be replaced. We have talked to the owner (Mazz) several times and each time we spoke he said he would get back to us in 2-3 days and then he never calls us back. We would be happy to provide a 4-5 star rating on this company because the overall work was done in accordance with the contract. But the inability or outright refusal to come and replace the stair panel that cracked within 1 year of the installation renders a 1-star rating. I am in the construction business and labor warranty is usually 1 year and then products have various warranty periods. Our product warranty has a 15-year timeframe. Because of the refusal to act (and we have given them well over a year to make this happen), we will never use this company again as they do NOT honor their contract.
Walked into the store on a whim and Danny did a great job understanding my needs and working with me within my budget. I was a little worried since I didn’t have any personal referrals, only google reviews. I had an amazing experience working with Danny and his team! They did excellent work and good pricing Danny was so communicative and helpful from beginning to end. He checked in throughout the process and helped quickly resolve outstanding issues.
