*Edited to update after +300 classes and new studio ownership* 10/10 recommend, especially for a busy lifestyle. The concept is simple - you show up, they program the workout with all the gear needed, ready to go. It is so efficient, I can squeeze in a class over my lunch break from time to time. I get more accomplished in the 45 minutes I spend in class then I could program for myself at a classic gym. Pros: The work outs are always different and there are plenty of class times available. You know in advance if you're going into a strength training, hybrid (cardio + weights) or cardio class. Cons: It's a boutique gym so on the more expensive side. I miss doing lift focused workouts (ex: training on my deadlift or squat). *The new owner, Mayra, has put in a lot of work to update the studio space, equipment, class offerings and scheduling. Also driving elevated member participation though special events and wellness challenges - not forcing the "community" but encouraging participation and some friendly competition in a good way. Her team of coaches are great. They make the classes possible for all skill levels, providing modifications and assistance as needed. Shout out to Coach Rico for putting up with the Glow Getters shenanigans, he's the best!
