For all the years I’ve known Eric, he always makes it easy to find the house I want, or sell the property I’m moving on from. Thanks Eric for taking the time to make sure everything was correct and went smoothly! I’ll be using your expert and reliable services the next go round as well! For anyone looking to find a new home or move on from one you’re ready to sell, give Eric a call! You’ll be impressed for the knowledge he has, and the way he represents your interest.

Erik was such a calming person in this high stress situation. My house was under contract in 4 days from the listing date! He was very responsive to any of my questions. He recommended an awesome handyman for a few repairs. This was such a positive experience and I would highly recommend Erik to be your realtor. This was a seamless process with zero hiccups. Erik is very well versed in the real estate business and all the ins and outs of the business. I am very satisfied with my selling experience.
