Erik was such a calming person in this high stress situation. My house was under contract in 4 days from the listing date! He was very responsive to any of my questions. He recommended an awesome handyman for a few repairs. This was such a positive experience and I would highly recommend Erik to be your realtor. This was a seamless process with zero hiccups. Erik is very well versed in the real estate business and all the ins and outs of the business. I am very satisfied with my selling experience.
