EDIT 4/23/26: I've stared to use the EA chargers at the Hancock Center now that they've opened, but updating this review to add more stars as these are definitely more reliable now that they've been updated-still slower than other fast chargers I've used, but can't beat a free plan from the dealer. EDIT 8/7/25: Since these suddenly disappeared (???) I started going to EVgo and it's shocked me how much faster those are since I've only ever used EA. Hopefully they removed them to make some serious updates. Fine when they do work, keyword being when. I've been using these chargers for 2 years now, and I'd say about half the time at least 3 chargers are down (currently 6), and then on top of that you have a 20% chance that when you plug in your charging speed is throttled so badly it'll take you an hour to get up to 80%. I only continue coming here because of the plan that came with my iD.4.
