Cute little restaurant, and the gentleman at the counter was very welcoming. My brother and I loved the fresh pasta!! My friend got a sandwich that she said tasted amazing.

I'd never been here, but was meeting some friends for dinner and someone suggested it. I got there early was greeted as soon as I walked in, and was welcomed to get a table even though none of the other guests were there yet. Clean place, really friendly staff. I ordered a Caesar salad and spaghetti, Delicious and the price was unbelievably fair for the portions and the quality. I Iive in South Austin, and I'll be making the drive to Cedar Park on a regular basis now that I've found this awesome restaurant.
get the homemade pasta.
Hit or miss. The very first time I ordered take out from here, SOOO Amazing. Ordered the eggplant panino and Could not stop talking about it. So big and worth every penny. I texted everyone I knew and was like Yo i found a really good spot. Well on a Saturday I went in for lunch and brought my boyfriend all like you’re going to LOVE this place. Not the greatest experience. Quite horrible and left hungry. Well it was a little busy maybe that had something to do with it, but we waited 45 MINUTES for a tiny single sandwhich! We ordered the Eggplant parm panino with meatballs And when we got it it wasn’t fresh it was soggy, and presented so sloppily just poorly falling apart... it wasn’t even hot and it was in the smallest piece of focaccia ever. Not even half the size of the one I got the first time… My only guess is that they got the order wrong, may have made the eggplant pasta dish on accident and tried to go back and play sandwhich surgeon. I don’t know. I wish they had offered a refund or at least a complimentary desert to make it right because I could see in the guys face that he messed up… since then I’ve been hesitant to come back unfortunately. I really hope all my friends I recommend have a much better experience. My rec, don’t go when it’s busy? Order take out? I guess
Have you ever wanted authentic, high-quality Italian pasta dishes without having to dress up and go to a sit-down restaurant? Go here! This is a very refreshing Italian dining experience. Order at the counter, sit at a table, and then wait for your food to arrive. I had the Carbonara and the wife had the Chicken & Mushrooms. We also had a glass of the Italian Cab. I love that there’s wine here! The food was spectacular. The homemade pasta is delicious and definitely a step above any mass-produced pasta product that many restaurants may use. My only suggestions for my carbonara would be some finely grated pecorino Romano either on top or available at the table. Mostly due to my preference and loving that cheese. The carbonara had thin slices and grating of a cheese as garnish but I believe it was a normal Parmesan. Not as salty, so could be a crowd-pleaser move. Regardless, we will be coming back often. They also have weekday lunch specials like a discounted pizza and salad combo on Tuesdays. Give it a try!
We went for the carbonara, and my wife said she liked it. I tried it and thought the pasta was too chewy. My lasagna was not good. It is made with bechamel instead of ricotta. I didn't finish half. I thought it was one of the worst lasagna I've ever had. We probably won't go back.
Great service, food wasn't for me. Strange there's no allfredo sauce at Italian restaurant. Not sure if we'll go back. It's a cute, small place.
Great food, the homemade pasta was amazing!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. I am from Spain and I truly struggle with a lot of American Italian restaurants. This place like any good restaurant in Italy is all about the ingredients and they are beautiful! It really brings me back to my holidays in Italy with my family. Also note that there is a Montepulciano in the wine list, which is just delicious for the prize!
