I ordered a service through my property management company. A contractor came and performed the work poorly, so I reported the issue to the property management. Rhe manager from CASA Property Management, informed me that he personally spoke with the technician who performed the work in an unsatisfactory manner. However, instead of addressing the quality of the work, I was accused of being rude to the technician, and I was told that he refuses to return. I take this accusation seriously, as it does not reflect what actually happened. I have video and audio recordings inside the property, which do not support this claim.
