Rude, dismissive, useless pharmacy staff. I questioned why my 90 day prescription was more with them compared to what I pay in a year with other pharmacies. I questioned if my insurance was being applied to this order. The girl stated, “that’s something you’ll have to ask your insurance.” Then stated the insurance is asking her a question. What that was, we’ll never know. She was so dismissive. This will be the last time I use them. Not to mention my doctor’s office accidentally sent the order here. My order is always cheaper with Express Scripts and I don’t have to deal with anyone, especially rude staff.
