I love this place. I have never had a problem with my insurance or billing. Crystal is a great hygienist in addition to being so warm, friendly and caring. Dr. Anderson has taken care of my dental work for years. I appreciate that he takes time to explain everything to me and advises me on possible solutions to any dental problem that I have. They are the BEST.

I love this office!! The staff is amazing, and it’s always such a great experience. I love their Dental hygienist Crystal, she’s always so sweet and thorough. Will continue to come here, highly recommend! ☺️
The staff here is really nice but there has been multiple times that they have messed up the billing part and it seems they do not know what is going on when it comes to working with your insurance. Their were multiple times I was surprised by the bill and they always blamed the insurance company for the mistake but this last time they messed up my bill so bad by charging me a different price than what they charged the insurance company. Billed me 4500 but only billed my insurance 3700. I was only supposed to pay 1400 for my entire procedure based on what they submitted to my insurance company and I ended up paying 2800 out of pocket which is doubled. Then they refused to pay me the money I was owed and answer my simple questions and instead they said if you think it’s wrong to talk to my insurance but would refuse to answer why their was a difference. Don’t choose this office if you plan on using your insurance.
Me and my kiddos have been going here for years. Everyone is always so nice and professional. I don’t even mind getting my teeth cleaned when I can watch Netflix at the same time lol Thank you Dr. A and your sweet staff ¨̮
This guy is definitely not a family man. I had to take a phone call from my daughter's doctor while in his office and he told me to leave. He basically said his time was to valuable and there where 0 people in his office.

I hate going to the dentist and hadn't been in a while. I'm so glad I found Dr. Anderson and Crystal Falls Dental. He was so patient and understanding of my fears- he put me right at ease. You don't feel like just another "client " He takes the time to talk to you and answer all of your questions. Crystal and Brooke are also very helpful and friendly. I've found my new family dentist!
First time visiting Crystal Falls Dental and I was not disappointed. All the staff were extremely friendly and professional throughout the whole process. Overall, I would rate this office as excellent. Will definitely refer anyone I know.
