Ox went above and beyond to help me find an object I forgot
Ear-splitting and unprofessional loud music by PTs. Absolutely ridiculous environment. The trainers here think it’s okay to blast music from portable speakers everywhere they go, turning the gym into a headache-inducing nightmare. You are ruining the experience for hundreds of people just to satisfy 20 PT clients. It’s selfish and unprofessional. Either fix the schedule—try 5:00 AM when nobody is there—or learn what 'volume control' means before you blow everyone's eardrums out.
No parking. No available equipment. Very hard to cancel. I probably wouldn’t have written a bad review if they didn’t make it so hard to cancel your membership. Forced to pay for next month just to cancel today for a month that I won’t be using (I also just paid 3 days ago), I’m injured and can’t even get to the gym. Waste of money. Horrible customer service. Don’t sign up for this gym.
Honestly, I’m having a great experience in this gym. They offer a free kick off session with one of the gym stuff. Mine was with Ashley, she made me feel seen and welcomed. She helped me to asses where I am at and helped with instructions on how to get where I want to go with my health and fitness goals. She was very professional and helped with all the questions I had. I also loved red light therapy, it’s the perfect treat after a workout. The machines I needed were available during my visits (I usually come from 11-3 PM).
The gym itself is one of the nicer Crunch fitness with respect to the equipment and layout, and amenities. The early morning staff 3am - 6am, are truly amazing. The culture there is truly incredible for a big box at that price point. You can’t beat that price. But I will say, this place gets extremely packed in the afternoon. I’d probably would not be so high on them if I did not workout so early. My wife went 1x after work, and canceled that same day. But the am folks are on point
I am new to this gym and I want to start with thanking Coach Madison. This is the first HIIT class at this gym I have taken that not only challenged me but had clear, well heard instructions. Anyone that wants to teach HIIT should go though Coach Madison's class for a great example. Staff is friendly and the place is clean, but the men's bathroom is kinda weird. It does get crowded so hopefully more locations open up.
For anyone wondering the 1 cent down and first month free deal: You are required to pay the contracted $59.99 dollars annual fee, the pro-rated annual fee is just advertising. After 60 days Must give a 30-day notice prior to cancellation to avoid paying extra one month of your wanna cancel Besides that, Crunch Fitness is pretty good, offers a good amount of machines and training.
Clean and well maintained. Friendly staff. Open 24 hours
So full. Insanely packed. My first day today. Could not find a single machine. A 1 hour workout turned into a 3 hour workout with long wait times
This gym is very conveniently located near 1431 and 183 and it was a good size parking lot. The equipment is pretty new and everything is in good shape, and clean. So far, I have not found it to be crowded at all yet, but maybe I’m coming at the right times. The staff are very helpful, especially Diego who signed me up, and showed me around. The only thing that I wish they had, was some way to hook up through Bluetooth or Wi-Fi your AirPods and connect them to whichever TV you are watching. There are hydromassage chairs are a nice bonus, and they also have little pods with red light therapy and a vibrating platform that you can stand on, and there are also some tanning pods too. Oh yeah, I guess I wish they had a pool too, but they don’t
