Buyer Beware. The developer and their selected HOA board have not appointed a homeowner to the board as legally required by the association bylaws, section 4.1(b), at the ten year anniversary of development which occurred in May. Given that they have not taken this simple task, I would not trust anything under their legal purview. Look elsewhere.
Chris is amazing helped us close fast and the house has been solid without any issues for the first year. The only issue we faced is the sprinkler system that has been problematic since the second month and is not covered under warranty
Just a solid, solid home with beautiful layout and friendly community! Special shout out to Chris for just being so kind and gracious in helping us and answering a million questions of ours! He has been patient, professional and friendly! I lost a deal but am still in love with the property and highly recommend Chris for being a stellar agent! What an asset to the carneros ranch property!
Please don’t waste your money , time and energy over Coventry homes I would not recommend this builder we are Very disappointed moving into Coventry homes cheap construction quality of work not that great not responsive and not professional and on top of that when it’s come to warranty claims it’s a big headaches we been going with some issue from Dec of 2022 and those issues still not finish and resolve yet we are tired of this

I went into the Model for Wilshire in this neighborhood and I was really impressed! I love that the community is right off of Lakeline with such easy access to 2243 and the rest of Leander. That floor plan is also so beautiful! I have had a Wilshire in the past and have absolutely loved the home.
