We recently joined. They have so many programs for kids of all ages to include an after school program where kids are picked up straight from school and brought to the gym. Kids get help with their homework if they need it and do a class. My kid is in cheer, but we are strongly considering the after school program. All the coaches seem invested. They push the kids and praise them. The staff is very helpful.
Can't say enough good things!! I enrolled my 11 year old son in their parkour/ninja class at his request during the two months between baseball seasons for him to have some fun while working on strength, agility, and speed (kinda like the same idea as ballet for football players - haha). He had very little gymnastics experience or abilities before starting here.... this enrollment was meant to advance his baseball game - and to have fun!! Right from the start, Samantha was immediately responsive and super helpful to get us through all the registration stuff. She is as professional as she is down to earth - easy to interact with in every way - and obviously beloved by all the students I watched come through the door. Next we needed to deal with makeup classes with winter holidays and late school release times. The coaches were incredibly accommodating and made special arrangements for our makeup lessons on days when there were no parkour classes. They never skipped a beat - they were ready and willing to go above and beyond.... even knowing we'd be there only two months. The customer service has been incredible..... and, seriously, there are trophies and banners covering this place, so they're clearly doing cheer, gymnastics, and dance exceptionally as well. The building oozes of comradery and positive team culture, there are photos and posters up all over the place celebrating the teammates. Small businesses are the heartbeat of America and especially Liberty Hill and I'm so pleased and impressed to see this family run business doing it RIGHT. I recommend them all day every day!!
My kids and I absolutely love Courage! My girls’ tumbling has progressed so quickly, and along with it, their confidence has grown tremendously. The environment is warm, family-oriented, and incredibly inviting. All three of my kids rave about the coaches — they truly care and it shows. We are so grateful we found Courage! 💜❤️✨

This is a wonderful place for kids. What I've observed is totally unbelievable. The kids are so talented and extremely focused. The owners, Lauren and Justin Johnson run a tight ship. They rock!
We love Courage Cheer! My daughter is starting her 4th season of competitive cheer and it has been the best thing for her. Courage is her happy place. She has progressed rapidly in her tumbling and cheer skills since starting there. The coaches truly care about the kids.
Our daughter has experienced tremendous growth in just one year at this gym—both in skill and confidence. The owners are truly caring, hands-on, and fully dedicated to the success of their athletes. They create a positive, encouraging environment and always take the time to listen to parent concerns. One of the things we appreciate most is how they provide constructive feedback to athletes in a supportive way, which keeps motivation high and helps build self-esteem. The gym also goes above and beyond by offering extras like open gym and semi-private sessions, all included as part of their cheer program. We’re incredibly grateful to be part of this program and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cheer gym that truly invests in its athletes.
Really disappointed in this gym. My girls went to a birthday party here a couple weeks ago and I saw they offered summer camps, and being a local to LH, I signed them up. Not only did my 4yo get yelled out by the caches, multiple times, but she was the ONLY ONE that didn't receive a certificate at the parent show off bc she was sad and didn't want to do it, and my husband was in charge of drop off wed-Friday bc I was out of town, and he dropped them off 10 min b4 9 (regular drop off time) and they just charged us, no warning or conversation for early care. (7-9AM) Had we known they were going to do this, my husband would've kept them in the truck for 10 min. Will never go back and don't recommend this gym at all. They're rude and not warm or personable at all.

If you’re looking for a place where your child can develop their skills while being supported by caring coaches who truly care about their progress, this is the place for you. I can’t recommend it highly enough!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Courage Cheer is truly a gem in our community! From the moment you walk in, you can feel the family-friendly atmosphere and the genuine care the staff has for every child. The coaches and instructors are so dedicated to helping kids grow not only in their skills, but also in confidence and character. They offer such a great variety of classes—my kids have loved everything from cheer and tumbling to dance and their high-energy ninja classes. There’s something for every interest and age! One of the biggest blessings for our family has been their kid-friendly after school program. It’s structured, safe, and full of fun activities that keep the kids engaged and moving. We’re so grateful for a place that combines amazing classes with such a supportive and nurturing environment. Highly recommend!
